What is a 'Financial Plan'? I AM wants his people to prosper in this Season of War. The Word says:

SECURITY 

Assets - a useful or valuable thing, person, or quality. "quick reflexes were his chief asset."       synonyms:   benefit, advantage, blessing, good point, strong point, selling point, strength, forte, virtue, recommendation, attraction, resource, boon, merit, bonus, plus, pro."                 

Property owned by a person or company, regarded as having value and available to meet debts, commitments, or legacies.           

 Synonyms:   property, resources, estate, holdings, possessions, effects, goods, valuables, belongings, chattels.    

 Liability - 1. The state of being responsible for something, especially by law.   "The partners accept unlimited liability for any risks they undertake." synonyms: accountability, responsibility, legal responsibility, answerability; More.               

 2. A person or thing whose presence or behavior is likely to cause embarrassment or put one at a disadvantage.       

 Reliability- the quality of being trustworthy or of performing consistently well. "The car's background gives me every confidence in its reliability."  The degree to which the result of a measurement, calculation, or specification can be depended on to be accurate. 

RISK   Risk Taking - 1.   the action of taking risks. "decisions at this level involve some risk-taking"  adjective  1.   willing to take risky action in the hope of a desired result.         Bonds / I owe you – When companies need to raise money, issuing bonds is one way to do it.

A bond functions as a loan between an investor and a corporation. The investor agrees to give the corporation a specific amount of money for a particular period of time in exchange for periodic interest payments at designated intervals. A thing used to tie something or to fasten things together. An agreement with legal force, in particular.

2.   Join or be joined by a chemical bond. Loaning to your Government/Nation/People - Here is how Treasury securities - such as savings bonds - generally work.
